Cancellation & Refund Policy
NovoFabric provides services exclusively to business customers (B2B).
This Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of NOVOFABRIC Terms & Conditions and applies to all B2B transactions. In case of conflict, the applicable Purchase Terms & Conditions and the relevant Order/Transaction Confirmation shall prevail.
1. Cancellation before order confirmation
Buyers may cancel an Order free of charge at any time before NOVOFABRIC issues an Order/Transaction Confirmation in writing (including by email or Platform notification). Until such confirmation, the Order constitutes a non-binding request.
2. Cancellation after order confirmation
After NOVOFABRIC issues the Order/Transaction Confirmation, cancellation may be accepted only if (i) the Products have not been handed over to the carrier and (ii) logistics preparation has not progressed beyond reversible steps.
“Logistics preparation” includes warehouse picking/packing, booking transport, export/customs documentation, and any third-party handling services.
If cancellation is accepted, the Buyer shall bear all non-recoverable costs already incurred by NOVOFABRIC (including logistics, handling, storage, inspection, banking/payment fees, customs documentation, and third-party services), which shall be charged at cost upon presentation of supporting evidence or deducted from any refund.
3. Cancellation after shipment
Once the goods have been shipped, for these purposes, “shipped” means the Products have been handed over to the carrier (evidenced by transport documentation such as CMR/AWB or equivalent) cancellation is no longer possible.
Any returns, rejections or disputes after shipment/delivery shall be governed exclusively by the inspection, rejection and dispute resolution procedure set out in the applicable Purchase Terms & Conditions and the relevant Order/Transaction Confirmation, including the applicable time limits and evidence requirements.
4. No right of withdrawal
As NOVOFABRIC operates exclusively in a B2B context, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. By placing an Order, the Buyer expressly confirms that it acts as a professional and not as a consumer.
5. Service-related cancellations
If NOVOFABRIC is unable to provide the contracted service or complete the transaction due to operational reasons, compliance requirements, verification failure, or legal/regulatory restrictions, NOVOFABRIC will cancel the transaction and refund the amounts received for that specific transaction, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred (e.g., payment processing fees where non-refundable, customs documentation, or carrier costs), unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [10] business days after cancellation is confirmed.
